Mama2b Free Gift Terms And Conditions

(1) Mama2b April Promotion starts Wednesday April 1st and finishes on Thursday April 30th.
(2) All purchases worth $250 or more will go in the draw to win a free cut and colour with stylist Paul McIlroy at The Firm
(3) The winner will be notified on Friday May 1st and details will be posted to them with gift voucher. notification of the winner will be posted on our website on Friday May 1st.

Returns Policy

Mama2b hopes you enjoy the new clothes but if for any reason you need to return any mama2b product, we will exchange for a different colour or size providing conditions are met;

Clothes must be unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached.

Clothes must be returned within 10 days with order confirmation enclosed, full details telling us what you would like us to do. You can choose another size or a different colour. Also include a note to tell us the reason for return, so we can improve our service to you.

Please note while we are happy to exchange we do not refund.

Please allow 7 working days for returns to be processed and exchange of goods to reach you. The cost of delivery for returns is not covered by mama2b but we will cover the cost of delivering your replacement goods.
